Newton Health Fair, April 14, 2007.

Consolidated Health Services, under the leadership of Lorene Adams, staged a health fair at the Newton Civic Center. Represented were numerous health service providers from throughout the extended community. Services and information were provided to a number of people who came to partake of the free services provided that day. Pictures showing the various representatives and people who came to the health fair. This health fair was sponsored in part by the Newton Lions Club.

On Friday before the fair began members of the Newton High School Leo club and the Future Farmers of America helped set up. I have found that the Newton High School students are more community minded than any place that I have even been. They are always ready to pitch in and help.
