Crossfire, October 9, 2009

Each Friday, when there is a home game, churches in the Newton area sponsor "crossfire" for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Newton High School. Crossfire consists of lunch and a Christian message for the students. Attendance during the 2009 football season has averaged over 100 students.  A few images from the last Crossfire of 2009 is shown at the end.

Purple Pride Never Dies! On Friday, December 11, 2009. First United Methodist Church showed its support for the Newton Eagles with an extra special luncheon of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, beans, rolls, and special cakes.
