Angel Tree 2006

For Christmas we received a request from Joyce McCorquodale, the nurse at the Newton Elementary School, for clothes for some of the students. She gave us cut out of angels with sizes, ages, and sex on each angel. Each angel was numbered but we received no names. We put these angels on a tree in the church foyer and church members picked them up and purchased the requested presents for the kids. Some members took the gifts directly to Joyce and some put them under the Christmas tree in the foyer. I took a few pictures of some of the presents under the tree and the delivery to Joyce.
