Because of Hurricane Rita it was necessary to change the football schedule and postpone the homecoming schedule. Many people were worried that homecoming would be deleteriously impacted (a flop). As it turns out, we had a great parade on November 5, 2005, with Newton style participation. Rita beat us up but did not beat us down! |
